• A £10 per person deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Full payment is due 28 days prior to your event date.
• All deposits/payments are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE
• Any bookings that are cancelled less than 28 days prior to the event will be charged in full.
• In the event of any party night having insufficient numbers, the site reserves the right to cancel the event in which case an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given.
• The site reserves the right to cancel an agreement at any time or change entertainment at its discretion, giving such notice as is practical.
• The site does not accept liability for non-completion of any bookings due to strikes, riots, adverse weather conditions, loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, flood or any cause beyond our control.
• The organiser will be informed of the details and arrival time prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the individual organiser to inform the rest of their party these details.
• All evening events are strictly over 18. ID will be required, anyone found to be under 18 will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
• Parties of less than 8 guests may be seated at shared tables.
• Dress Code – Dress to Impress, No trainers/sportswear.
